Omarchy Biscuit de Mar Dark Theme

Biscuit de Mar Dark is an official Biscuit variant, adapted for Omarchy directly from its published Base16 palette. The de Mar variant is described as follows:

"Biscuit de Mar - "Biscuit from the Sea" - is what happens when Biscoito ventures too close to the shoreline! Imagine our brave little biscuit getting caught in the gentle waves. As the water washes over him, his colors become softer, more muted, and take on a sandy, coastal quality. The result is a palette with a washed-out, serene character that's perfect for designs requiring a more subtle, relaxed aesthetic."

• shell.toml gives Omarchy Quattro a handcrafted Biscuit treatment across the bar, controls, popups, notifications, launcher, menus, Polkit, lock prompt, and image picker.
• hyprland.lua provides the native Quattro border treatment; hyprland.conf preserves the matching legacy configuration.
• neovim.lua targets the Biscuit Neovim colorscheme and applies popup/completion highlight overrides.
• vscode.json selects the exact Biscuit theme contributed by oldjobobo.biscuit-theme.
• colors.toml, colors.css, terminal mappings, and app integrations follow the official Biscuit de Mar Dark Base16 slots.
